Who we are
Wollongong Web Design provides web design, SEO, Google Ads, graphic design, hosting and domain services to businesses in Wollongong, the Illawarra and across Australia. You can reach us on (02) 4203 2642 or at hello@wollongongwebdesign.com.au. Our service area is Wollongong NSW 2500 and the wider Illawarra.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us. When you submit the enquiry form on this site that is your name, business name, phone number, email address, the service you selected and anything you write in the message field. Our mail handler also records the page you submitted from, the referring page and your IP address, which we use to identify spam.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver work you engage us for. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics are enabled we use them only to understand which pages are useful. Google reCAPTCHA may be loaded when you interact with the enquiry form, to block automated submissions; its use is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as we may need them for the business relationship or to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Security
Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and sent to a business mailbox. Credentials for our mail handler are stored on the server, never in our source code.
Accessing or correcting your information
Email hello@wollongongwebdesign.com.au or call (02) 4203 2642 and we will tell you what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We respond to these requests within a reasonable time and at no cost.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, contact us first so we can put it right. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top always shows the current version.
